I really like the bond that's going on as you work with Kuno, Rinnal and Jaler.

Jaler is my fav of the trio, being more stern yet appreciative. I do also like how the challenges like the blue/pink blocks and desert crossing is not *too* hard and you should get it eventually

The idea of exploring unknown lands and slowly seeing a settlement expanding is a neat touch to show how far you have come since the start of the game

Oh and, I really love those hypnotising cobra warriors....not that I am hypnotised....maybe

(+3)

Thanks a lot for all the kind comments. It's always great to see when folks pick up on character traits and story vibes we are intending to put across.

can someone tell me how to unlock all the scene in the last section of the memories pls?

Same, I have most unlocked but some I just can't figure out.

Could someone tell me what to do after fighting the snake in the desert valley cave

If you did the  bandit quest , you can sit in the chair in the same room as the snake

what a bandit and what a chair excuse my ignorance jajajaja pd:I don't speak English very well, I speak Spanish

If you can't get into the desert yet, you need to head south. Go back to the Quiet Meadow, and take the bottom-left exit. Follow the path out to the coast, then head south through the trees.

Thank you very much, it was very helpful

The slime suit is one you can go back to get even after you've finished the game!

I've tried to figure how to burn the slime suit but I just keep getting the part for the wizard.

Is there any way to buy items after setting out in the jungle? I made the mistake of not buying things before starting the quest and now I can't beat the big guy

There's a chance to return to the Inn halfway through the jungle, after you rescue li'l Kuno (the blue guy) from the river. The game should tell you that it's your chance to stock up before you continue.

If you've already set off on your journey with him though... you've missed your chance, I'm afraid...

If you're struggling with the big guy, I recommend searching around in the jungle area before heading into the wall. There should be a cleansing spring that can at least have you fighting-fit before you go to the boss.

Either way, good luck!

Okay thanks

When you complete the newest content in the update you gain access to the gallery in your inn room!

haven't played yet since I only own a Mac however the art from the screenshots look stunning!! hope to play in the future <3

Check out the latest update! An experimental MacOS build is now live!

(+1)

I thought this game would be a 30 minute quick game to play but omg I was wrong, it feel's like a triple a game! lol, there's mush stuff to that it took me  hours and hours the complete and so many sex different sex scenes that out right made this game the top number one for shore.

great game!!!!!

10 out of 10!

Thanks a lot! Glad you had such a great time with our game!

any chance you plan on making this game for Mac sometime in the future?

You dont have to answer this but, should we backtrack or is it not worth it?

:)

I haven't found anything super valuable from backtracking- but it's a good idea if you want to increase corruption (like presenting yourself to certain enemies)

(+1)

just finished this build and its just as amazing as always
and as a side note, the music in the quiet meadow (and the farm) and the cliffside forest makes me feel...nostalgic

(+2)

First person who's commented on the music in game. None of it is originally composed, it's stuff we've found and selected, but it has been deliberate to inspire a calm mood... nice to know it worked on at least one person!

(+1)

Still, even if it isn't composed by you guys, you still chose very well

Excuse me, someone knows how to get to the jungle part, I just got lost, I only got to the cave with a snake type monster

like, did you go to the desert with the blacksmith and you couldnt go further? if yes then go back to quiet meadow and go south

how do you raise corruption?

(+1)

do lewd things without getting a game over. e.g. the fruit in the crate, the slime cave, losing to slime dragon on full stamina

I kept trying to save my game and it kept getting deleted everytime I closed the game. In case you are having the same issue, just put all the files inside the ZIP into a different folder

(+2)

...can't believe so many people are having this issue. You need to EXTRACT / UNZIP the game in order for saves to work, otherwise the game is 'read only'.

Hi. Is there also lag in the desert for someone?

(+1)(-1)

Does corruption levels have any ingame effects besides that one scene at the tent?

(+3)

It gives you a new dream, it robs your choice of a non-lewd option during a particular scene, it grants access to the tent scene, and it 'enhances' a certain fitting scene with the blacksmith.

Nothing too much right now, but still early days as we test implementation.

(2 edits) (+1)

During that particular scene, will it be obvious that the choice is not available due to your corruption being high enough? In addition, where is the tent would the tent scene take place?

(+1)

Is there a certain amount of corruption you need for the tent scene?

how do you ask the wizard for titanium sources if i dont have the option to?

please answer tyvm!~

When you have rescued the blacksmith and returned to the inn, talk to the blacksmith at his forge. Afterwards, the wizard at the inn should give you the choice to talk about titanium sources.

You might have just missed it / skipped it / ignored it though. Whatever the case, try going down the well in the bottom-right part of camp!

(1 edit)

I've got a freezing issue that no matter what I do I can't shake, even restarting with new saves, is this a problem on my end or the game?

Depends on where it happens. If it's the desert or the 'digital world'... it's unfortunately a performance issue we're struggling to fix, since it doesn't actually effect either of the two devs' computers.

If it's happening somewhere else, it might be a problem on your end. Nobody else on the Discord has reported outright freezes, just lag.

Sorry that's not super useful information.

(+1)

It hapoens when I first enter the desert, I finish the last bit of dialog, then the bar goes away slowly and I'm heavily lagged

Some comments on the sandstorm and cyber parts of the update.

Reaching the big building in the sandstorm only to find out that it's locked shut was very annoying, it's a guaranteed game over just for exploring the wrong part of the map towards what should be a point of interest. It could use some nearby shade.

The cyber part encourages save-scumming. One failure can set you way back, so the experience would be more fun if there were mid-map checkpoints.

A bit more on the nitpicky side, some events that have the appearance of animated sparkles don't have the "direction fixed" box ticked, which means if you interact with them from the right they'll turn into little smoke clouds.

Map-making tip when it comes to autotiles: when placing map tiles, hold shift to place a tile that looks like it's connected to the same one in all 8 cells around it. Changing one of these 8 cells (without holding shift) will only update the corresponding side of the tile in the center.
If a detail is hard to pull off in the area you're working with:

  1. Make it somewhere else on the map where you have the space you need
  2. Select the tiles you want to copy by right clicking, you can drag before you release the click to select an area instead of a single tile
  3. In the area where you actually want to place the tiles, hold shift then left click to paste the tiles exactly like you made them

It's little things like broken roofs that can look better, or the corrupted and non-corrupted walls being disjointed between each other, but if you have time to go for these details your maps should look even better.

Is there any way to get the locked memories we missed?

Only if you made a LOT of save-spots along the way (especially before choices) and then go back to them and choose differently...
I'm currently at 40+ save-games in my list...

When I get to the dunes the game basically softlocks, the screen is dark and I can't do anything. Otherwise enjoying the new content.

(1 edit) (+1)

Don't suppose you're playing on mobile, by any chance?

(3 edits)

Nope, pc. It actually loaded and it was very laggy, I managed to get to the next area by chance and finished the build.

Another laggy area was in the second VR area (not sure what to call it) the big room where the floor switches colors, it would lag a lot once the color changed and go back to normal speed when it switched back.

PS. I read your other reply about the desert lag, changing the window size didn't make a difference when lag happened. I'm gonna test with disabling UI effects.

Changing that option didn't seem to do anything, the desert ran just as bad.

you can get loots by defeating enemies, but you can only do so the first time you enter an area. i guess it's designed this way?

It lags in the desert are causing the game to be unplayable, pls fix this

Please view my response to CharmingMagician's comment, just below yours.

The performance in some sections of the game is AWFUL. Unplayably bad, ~2FPS. I'm running on more than capable hardware. This occurs in the desert sandstorm section (only when not in shade) and again during the computer segment which follows that (but only intermittently, I think it's tied to the flashing tiles somehow). Please fix this ASAP, it's nigh impossible to get through a timing based section when the game has wildly bad timing.

Trust me when I say we'd like to fix it, but finding the actual cause of the problem has proven very difficult. We've had people running high end hardware that lags, and people running low spec computers that run it just fine. Whatever the issue is, it's hard to pin down., and it doesn't actually occur for me or my dev-partner.

Please make sure you're playing the most recent version of the game, for one thing: v0.203

All I can suggest is to make sure you've extracted the game fully. Make sure you're running the game off of your harddrive, not an external device or an online cloud solution. Close other programs, play the game windowed and shrink the size down, use mouse controls to aid you through the computer segment.

Finally, if you have a save file from before the desert, try going back to your room at the inn, activating the book in the middle of the room, and disabling UI effects. That may also help.

oh l have something new for you , there is something that l'm very exciting . In the slime dragon cave , there is a large cave , l wonder what is something inside in the cave ? . It would be great  you make update GROVE game and make somthing inside the cave from slime dragon cave , make something like a trap , add some new monster , something cool like control hypnosis the player . If you make this thing , that would be awsome and some scene ^^

(+5)

Coming in a future update! We have plans for this hole, don't worry.

that's great , can't wait  ^^

'we have plans for this hole'  is an understatement *wink*

everyone has plans for his hole

(+3)

First off, thanks for taking the time to make such a game, its an awesome play and I find myself enjoying every little hint at a new scene. Stuff like new sprites and enemies is always exciting.

-Jaler dies in two rounds to the Dervish Blade attack cause crits are fun

-On from that, is the totally not Izike scene canon to the universe? IE we gonna see corrupt Izike doing stuff later on or was that a one time thing?

-Dug through files, found a room title named Autocrat's Husk did I just not look hard enough or is that future content?

-Latchers override slug bad ends if they get your stamina down during a fight with the slugs. Not sure if thats intentional.

-When succumbing to heat in the desert you can engage a mirage and it will save you from going down if you win

-Slugs are amazing, m o a r s l u g, on that note will there be an alt game over if the slugs recapture you enough? Right now it just seems like an extra corruption abuse, considering you can get captured unlimited times and not get bad ended. I only ask about it getting added cause I saw the scene with Kuno get added, same with slime dad.

-Hole in the back of slime cave? Still coming feature or did I miss something to get in?

Overall the update was amazing please keep making content, I looked forward to every bad end and enemy grapple encounter there was. As well as looking for all the hidden bits and pieces...I'm guessing the Jaler scene was a quick reference to Izike Enterprises? :P

Hole in the back of the slime cave, Autocrat's Husk, and more will be coming in future updates. We planned and began a lot of stuff with this update, but we won't be implementing those things until later...!

And... the mercenary commander definitely isn't a cameo, here's there to stay. If you're thinking of something else as 'Izike', then I assure you it's just a coincidence. No drone OVERLORDs in GROVE... yet.

Thanks for playing though, and for the excitement and interest in more! Hope we'll be able to please you when that time comes

Bug Report:

When get up from the ground, cock latchers disappear.

(1 edit)

Is there any way to get the Slave Tatters without gaining corruption? What about the Slime Slab? Also, will there be a feature later in the game that allows us to remove our corruption somehow?

Please help!

It's not in-game yet, but for people who want to collect more items without doing corrupt things, there will absolutely be a method for getting things you missed.

Keep an eye open for future updates, and I hope you enjoy playing the non-corrupt path!

Thank you so much! I definitely plan to keep playing, and I appreciate all the hard work and love this game has. While the spicy scenes are good, I'm a story fan through-and-through, and I'm intrigued! Good luck.

how much corruption did should you have to gain slave tatters, and where can I get it?

(+1)

Bug Report:

Starting at level 51, corruption levels won't be displayed.

Wow, already Lv.51!?

I won't break the level limit Even I use rpgmv change game to make it hardcore, the original level limit I think is 20 in current version?(I really like the bandit leader and cobra so I changed they value and make they hard to defeated, I didn't share the game that I changed to anywhere and anyone.)

(1 edit)

No, I'm not using an editor, I just got curious and stacked a lot of corruption levels by getting slimed by those green dragon-like slime in the cave.

Known bug that we won't be touching yet, as you're not at all intended to have such a high level of corruption yet.

If / when the game reaches a point where that's a reasonable number, we'll make sure it's fixed.

looking forward to that

as much as this game seems awesome, the current bug with the slugs basically able to one shot you due to you starting each fight with almost 0 health and no armor makes this unplayable after a certain point. im stuck taking kuno through the forest since the debuff ticks away what lil health you start the fight with and you not being able to do enough damage to quickly kill the slug even with triple blitz or w/e the one move is called.

(+1)

Please download the latest update. This issue has been fixed. Thank you, and sorry for the hassle.

ah ok yeah my game was only launching 0.202 instead of 0.203. when you hit launch it asks which exe you wanna use cause itch.io for some reason doesnt fully update that for some reason. it does this on a lot of games sadl

(1 edit)

Hey! First of all, amazing game, amazing work. I never had so much fun with a NSFW game like this before, it was really great to play it through!

I also had some shuttering during the virtual world after the desert, but got though using the mouse to click directly on the desired tiles I wanted to stop, was still pretty hard.

OK, can I make some suggestions(?)?

First, you can't go back to the desert after finishing the events there? Missed some exploration and the cave when I ended up going directly to were I was supposed to go, when I wanted to come back I was blocked to do so. Dunno if that's really intended, since the sandstorm ends and I immediately am locked on the main events with Jaler.

Still on the subject of the desert, when I got to the main structure, where you move the camp inside with Jaler, there wasn't anywhere you could rest, all my itens were done for and had to resort into escaping fights to survive. Won the fight against the boss getting up every time he tripped me (thus staggering him) and using TP itens, attacking when I had the chance.

Btw, a horny comment, no sexy scene or unusual item when Jaler helps you to cut the bandages after you get back up? I was expecting a souvenir like the slime suit and the prisoner suit.

Oh yeah, would be cool to check some story summary in the gallery, like what happens in the desert with Jaler, the only way to check it again is reloading older saves. (You can see that the desert part had an impact on my experience).

Anyway! Thank you so much for you to taking your time to make this game, it's amazing! And I'm already anxious to check what's gonna happen next.

(One last thing, I didn't find how to open the last blue chest on the gallery, nor find the last armor set, it's related to the prisoner suit? I think I don't have it on this save, since I also don't have the TP ring.)

Thanks for the kind compliments on the game! Glad you seemed to enjoy it by and large.

The desert will return in future updates, so don't worry about having missed some things there. It's meant to be a somewhat tough area without much chance for respite, so congratulations on getting through it with your items.

Adding some more story scenes to the gallery is something we'd like to do, but... it can be a little finicky with how the game's event flag system works. It is something we do wanna try and implement though.

The blue chest is a bit of a doozy... you have to get the 'bandit suit tatters' from the bandit hideout. You get them by being captured and escaping, when you pick up your clothes once again. Give the 'bandit suit tatters' to the blacksmith BEFORE you cross the northern bridge, or enter the jungle... and then, at the end of the game, he will engage another scene with you.

Finally got time to check the bandit suit tatters event, missed those in the save I was playing on!

Thanks for the hint!

(1 edit)

duplicated sentences:

I'm a non-English speaker who plays the game with translation in some places.

In preparation for the desert, I was given desert clothing and enchanted by a sorcerer. (I thought it was just a chat, so I skipped it without translating, but I guess it's done because no conversation has happened since then.)

However, I can't get to the back of the sandstorm, is there something I'm missing? Is there something I'm missing, or does the rope in the hole have nothing to do with it?

Dust covers are equipped.

Here are the steps to enter the desert:

You will be given 'Dust Covers' by talking to the Mercenary Commander, after you have completed the jungle.

You must take them to the wizard at the Inn, and he will enchant them for you and allow you to equip them.

You must return to your room, enter the 'Armoury', and equip the 'Dust Covers' from the crystal.

You can return to the 'valley', the area with the purple sludge and Shambling Mirages. Proceed to the top of the area, slide down the rope, and walk to the north to enter the desert.

Do NOT go through the hole in the wall. The entrance to the desert is the right-side.

I guess I didn't explain myself very well. I'm sorry.

I went to the desert properly equipped and examined the broken house and the hole I fell into, but I couldn't climb the underground rope and couldn't find any other place to examine.

Also, is it some kind of glitch that when I go into the desert, it's not hot, but when I go in and out of the shadows and broken houses, the heat comes back?

The place you are looking for is in the top-right of the map...

Walking around in the shadow areas, or inside the house, will cause your heat to drop. If you walk around for several seconds, there will be a sound-effect and the screen will get dimmer. That means you are cooling down!

Does the upper right corner of the map mean here...? I couldn't proceed no matter which hole I fell into...

And if you enter an area from a valley like this, the heat system itself does not occur.

Could it be that when I went to the Western Cliff Crossroads on foot before going to the desert, an event happened where I stayed at the camp again, and that's where the flag went wrong...?

help me pls ;-;

Please make sure you are playing the most recent version of the game (v0.203)

In the previous areas, you can find a pool of water. That water will cleanse you of the various stamina-draining debuffs, and make this fight easier!

thx

Is it normal when entering the desert for the game to suddenly freeze up and move hardly at all?  I'm at the entrance but as soon as the last line ends I don't move much if at all

(+5)

Love this game, keep up dude

When you take the blue dragon on adventure, in the first scene, if you go to the spring to clean after fighting the first monster, the blue dragon will disappear, and it is easier to pass the electronic level with the mouse.

also a prefect game

So i let that happen by mistake and softlocked myself since kuno never respawned for his escort

(+3)

Not sure if it's a bug or not but when you fight the Shambling Mirages in the North are you supposed to lose half your total HP and armor at the start of the encounter? It's making getting through this section really tough

(+2)

It's a problem affecting every monster encounter after you reach a certain point in the game. New to this patch. I've seen it happen with slugs, mirage, worms beneath the desert, and a couple others..

Though when you're fresh off sleeping in a bed/tent, that first fight there's no issue.

Ah I see, I'll just wait for a hotfix/bug fix then because it honestly makes the game unplayable  with that glitch going on. I do hope the developers gets alerted to it quickly or I might send him a message

In case you didn't see, game has been updated. Bug should be fixed now. Make sure you use a save BEFORE the issues though, as I don't think it can retroactively solve them.
