It occured a error when I finish the 6th bounty mission. I met the raty and when I enter the chat console with my girlfriend it said "Unexpected JSON string at position 70", if my save document broke? Cuz I tried to restart the game and the error still appear.

Also you don't need to pay again for each update. If you've got an itch.io account the game will be in your library and you can redownload at any time. You should also have an email receipt of your purchase with a redownload link... so yeah, don't pay again for stuff you already own, be it our projects or anyone else's.
Love the game. Recently started replaying it and it is still as good as ever.
I do have a small bug to report (quite literally). The data syphon does not show up in the galery, I cant view the cutscenes, even if i get captured by it (I played in hard mode).
I also have a small question: What do the cheat-codes do? The game said it was activated when i used it, but i did not notice anything different yet.

hi, i recently gifted the game to a friend and the game for them acts like a demo. it wont proceed past the first first maggie encounter on the beach. i bought the game and had their email on the gift exchange so i dont know whats going on there. any insight?
Your friend needs to defeat more enemies and get more Data Logs. The dialogue and even the 'Ending 01' message should hint at this.
Pick up Energy on the map, bump into enemies to defeat them, and you'll automatically get a Data Log. Get 5 before facing the first boss and you can go to the next level.

Very impressed with the variety of scenes and content on show with your signature artwork. The amount of kinks packed into one fairly short game is great. Looking forward to current and future works, especially potentially more Female orientated / inclusive ones if this is anything to go by in terms of quality. (Maybe even a sequel? ;) )
Honestly, it's very good. I really liked this game. I ended up finishing it twice. I loved the story behind it, with this idea of going out like a snake, collecting data while avoiding the dangers so as not to be corrupted, with the deadlines and their consequences, with someone waiting for you on the other side, with this unique setting, and the soundtrack is so light and so alert when it reaches its maximum, in addition to how everything fits together so well. The difficulty balance was very good too. XD. Anyway, I really hope there's a sequel, even with the uncertain future of games like this. There's always a way for things to work out. I really hope you guys can release a sequel to this game. It would be very sad to see a work like this overshadowed by recent events. I hope this little comment is an inspiration for you to continue making games, even erotic ones, with good stories and dramas. I love your creativity. <3

It depends on what the stipulations are to get the game unbanned, and just how much it would censor us to comply with them. We really can't say for sure right now...
What we do absolutely recommend is downloading the game now whilst you still have a chance.
reporting a possible bug: This cooldown text for the first armor set just appears randomly and doesnt like going away. disabling then re-enabling the armor bonus makes it go away temporarily but it seemingly randomly comes back. I'm quite early in the game and i'll update this message if it's either not a bug or if i figure out more on whats causing it it's a little annoying, that's all
Something I noticed in the READ ME text file. (To those who may be unaware the READ ME txt file is in most downloadable games and mods that helps the user activate the mods, or play the game, or etc.) At the bottom of the file there are codes labeled secrets where if you name yourself these tags your unlock what I'm guessing are cheat codes. Just thought I'd say something about it since either no one else has noticed yet. Don't know what they do yet I'll have to mess with them a bit.
Alright after a few hours I figured it out. MISER gives you 200 bytes off the bat when you start up the file. GEEK unlocks and upgrades all cores from start up. And finally NYMPHO unlocks all the codex stuff. I'd also wager it unlocks the gallery as well but since I unlocked it all prior to discovering the codes. The txt file suggests there are other codes however I'm not sure where to find them. So I'll leave it to the wonderful people who are reading this to find and post them.
I loved this game. I almost 100% it in the first run but I feel like there has to be post game content for this one. The Story is great but for the genre the duration of the story doesn't give you a lot of time to mess around and discover new things. Bugs with the codex for instance not giving you the entries for doing the tasks required for instance. I know this was a one shot sort of game and it's unlikely that you'll go and make a bigger update on it to add post game content but it would be a great reason to go back and play it.
I really enjoyed it so far :D Again a very good Game from you. And finally something with a Female Character :D

I did had a slight Bug with the Region selection Overlay beeing stuck on the Screen and i was unable to move it away or click anywhere. Only the ESC Button and the back to title worked. But there was a safe before that and all was good.
It happens like that: I have a Mark (Here it was Basiliks) that gives me always a warning when looking for a Region or swithcing visabulity of Undersuit/ Core. If i then start to change the visability of the Undersuit or the Core a Warning apears again. If i now click on Exit or press ESC the Warning Disapears and the Screen Freezes. Only the Menu work to go back to the TItle.
A few times i had the Same as above but instead i could still click on the BlackBox and this would work. But the Overlay Text would be always stuck in the middle of the Screen:

(That happened like 3 times but i dont know right now how to recreate it. I will look for it. Since i know i will manage to get it back XD
Hi there, since the last patch, I have noticed some quit serious bugs:
- You can still get marked with the Ty'r core charged. This means you can purposeley get caught many times and when you get caught once accidentely, it's game over, even tough this core is suposed to protect you from the side effects of the scenes.
- When marked, getting caught once can be fatal if you've been caught using the Ty'r core before (had this with the CrOC), even if your integrety is 100%
- In the third zone, when unlocking access III, a certain drone will always blocks your way, unless you take it down. This means you can't get past it, so you need to be able to take at least 1 more hit to survive. This feels unintentional.
- The WorkSpy is immume to the Ty'r core, since every time it sees you, your position gets reset to it's vieuw range, and you end up right in frot of it, therefore trigering the scene again until you run out of energy and get teleported away, hereby also raising the security level. It drained a full suit from me, so this is realy annoying.
I believe the new system for marking is causing quite a problem in combination with the Ty'r core, since this can lead to an one-hit KO, even with 100% integrety. I would sugest counting the times a player has been caught without this core active seperately to determine the game overs and marking.
Appart from this, I love the new marking system, cause it allows you to get more marks in one run.
Amazing game! Nice variety of scenes, hot character and enemy designs, and really fun and interesting gameplay. Everything you'd expect from this dev team, really.
Definitely worth the price and makes me even more excited for a potential sequel or whatever else this team has in the works!!
I've come to comment my confusion, but first I wanted to say that I played Grove and Prowler, both great games, and this one I would consider just as good. It doesn't have all the content the others do, but its still well made and the game itself remains fun.
I will say, with Prowler I found the estimated time to completion far off from what I ended up spending, and I still didn't 100% it. On the other hand, I've tried 100% Snake:Byte and am running into an issue. I figured out how to get Endings 2-5...but how do you get Ending 1?
I did a bit of "cheating" at the end after figuring out how to get Ending 3 and the game I have doesn't seem to have an "Ending 1" scene? Is it pure text or am I missing it from game files?
Regardless, great game, thank you for your time and effort put forth. Looking forward to seeing Prowler and Grove updates!
I think its been mentioned before but I don't think either the Analysis Frame or the Scanners/Cameras have an actual marking.
If you are wearing the suit that prevents enemies from hurting you as long as you have energy, if you run into Huntress with energy they will mark you on their first attack and not kick you out of the area instead they will attack you again and trace you in one go instead of two

Thanks for the bug reports. We're having trouble replicating these with consistency in our testing, but we're investigating nonetheless.
First game I've played from this studio, and its honestly pretty neat! Loved the gameplay cycle, and the wide spread of material covered :3

Make sure you're playing on v1.05, please. I believe we've addressed both of those bugs.
If you're still confused at how to get Ending 01, you need to defeat the first boss whilst having less than 5 Data Logs from defeating enemies.
Oh my fault. I haven't had much time to play the game so I've been slowly playing through it. Didn't even realize there was an update!
